• Full Contact Information: This includes phone number, email address, physical address, and birthdate. If you don't yet know who the additional guests will be, you can enter "TBD" for their names and provide placeholder information.
• Credit Card Information: For your cruise deposit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
  Once you complete this form you will receive an email confirmation showing that we received your registration. Once your booking is complete with Princess, you will receive a second email with your registration information.

Bus Transportation Policy for the 2026 Dance Cruise

As part of your dance cruise registration, you will need to decide whether or not you would like to reserve a seat on the round-trip bus transportation from The Villages to the cruise port. Please review the following important details regarding the bus option:

Cost: $50 per person (non-refundable)

Commitment: If you choose to reserve a seat on the bus, your payment is final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for any cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Availability After Registration: If you do not choose the bus option during your initial registration but later decide you want to ride, we cannot guarantee that space will be available. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are unable to hold seats for those who do not book in advance. To secure your spot, please make your selection when registering for the cruise. If you are unsure at this time, we recommend choosing based on your most likely travel preference, as adding a seat later may not be possible.

Now that you have arranged your trip, as professional travel agents we feel that it is our responsibility to recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
